經文 Passage:  希伯來書 Hebrews 12:1-4

1. Lay aside every weight and sin clings to us
   放下各樣的重擔，脫去容易纏累我們的罪
2. Let us run with endurance the race before us
   存心忍耐，奔那擺在我們前頭的路程
3. Look to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith
   仰望為我們信心創始成終的耶穌
