Knowing God to Experience His Glory認識上帝以 經歷祂的榮耀

As Individuals & As a Church we have 5 Purposes to fulfill 個人以及教會都要實踐五個目的

  1. Worship God – experience His power & presence through praise, prayer, & the Word

敬拜上帝 – 藉著讚美, 祈禱, 和話語, 經歷祂的能力與同在.

  1. Discipleship – Become more like Jesus by taking up the Cross & following Him

門徒訓練 – 背起十字架跟隨耶穌, 越來越有祂的形像.

  1. Fellowship – experience His love & joy as part of God’s family in Christ

團契 – 身為基督裡神家中的一分子, 經歷祂的愛與喜樂.

  1. Service – experience the meaning of life by serving others

服事 – 藉著服務他人來體驗生活的意義.

  1. Missions – experience the heart of God for the lost and hurting world

宣教 – 體會上帝對失喪和受傷的世人的心.

Also *Stewardship – be a faithful steward of the gifts God has entrusted us with (Wealth, talents, etc.)

還有*管家責任 – 作上帝信託給我們之財富, 恩賜…等的忠心管家.

 

The early church lived out the 5 purposes in Acts 2:42, 46-47 早期教會活出這五個目的 (徒2:42, 46-47)

  1. “They continued stedfastly in the apostles’ doctrine (Discipleship) and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.

Act 2:42  都恆心遵守使徒的教訓 (門訓)，彼此交接 (團契)，擘餅，祈禱。

  1. (46) And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple (Worship)

Act 2:46  他們天天同心合意恆切的在殿裡     (敬拜)…

  1. … and breaking bread from house to house (Fellowship)… ,

且在家中擘餅，存著歡喜、誠實的心用飯   (團契)

  1. (47) Praising God, & having favour with all the people (Serving).

讚美神，得眾民的喜愛。(服事)

  1. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved (Evangelism).

主將得救的人天天加給他們。(傳福音)

2). Set up WeChat “Living Life”  Sharing Group 建立微信「活潑的生命」分享社群

 

– 人人禱告 Everyone Prays –
Prayer Ministry 禱告事工

1). 1st, 3rd Thursday  7:45-9:15pm 每月第一, 第三週四晚 7:45-9:15

2). 4th or 5th Saturday morning  8:30-10:00 每月第四或第五週六早 8:30-10:00

3). Set up Prayer Partners 建立禱告同伴

 

–人人愛主 Everyone Loves the Lord –

參與教會, 支持教會, 連結會友, 事奉社群和主耶穌 Engage and support the church, connect with and care for one another, serve the community and the Lord Jesus

 

Small Group Discipleship Training 小組門徒訓練

Seekers 慕道友 /New Believers 初信主者 /Leadership Training 領袖訓練

 

主日學 Sunday School, 9:30 Every Sunday Morning

華語組 Mandarin Class ( Meet at Room 9)

英語組 English Class (Meet at Church Office)

 

團契 Fellowship Groups

  1. 每月第一週六 慕道友組 林恩深弟兄家 First Saturday of every month, Seeks Group, at Anderson Lin’s
  2. 每月第二週五 實用生活分享組 裴師母家 Second Friday of every month, Practical Christian Living, at Annie Petzholt’s
  3. 每月第四週五 喜樂團契查經組 李嘉琳家 Fourth Friday of every month, Joy Bible Study Fellowship, at Catherine Li’s

 

午餐團契 Lunch Fellowship

  • 每週日崇拜後, Every Sunday after worship service
  • 若欲提供午餐, 請向汪天來弟兄登記 Please sign up with Brother Tim Wang if you want to provide lunch
  • 若欲幫忙飯後清理, 請向汪天來弟兄登記 Please sign up with Brother Tim Wang if you want to help with clean-up after lunch
